Cosy, comfortable and perfect for an affordable getaway! This 3 bedroom property sleeps 8 people. Consists of one bathroom, (toilet in bathroom), large lounge area, TV with DVD player, dishwasher, a split system heating/cooling & 8 seater dining setting in the living area and a huge fully fenced backyard. The property allows pets outside ONLY. Request to bring pets must be approved and advised upon booking, (a $200 dog bond is payable on arrival). Pets to remain outside and NOT permitted in the house. The long garage would be perfect for bikes. Perfect for a family, we provide a porta cot, highchair & toddler side rail. FREE WIFI. Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks (4 singles)
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

No gas for cooking or showering on arrival. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Property Could use a refresh, has a well equipped kitchen. Back yard needs some shade. Overall good for a family. Games area great.Enjoyed our stay.

Lansell Road accommodation
This place was neat and tidy, suited our needs for both vehicles and trailer. Well equipped kitchen, and general facilities worked great for us.
It's really nice to have accommodation that caters for all family members, including the furry four legged kind, with peace of mind and safety for them.
Access to property with agent was professional and friendly.

The house was wonderful and clean.
Front steps were a little awkward in their spacing but that was all.
Bed was comfortable, heaps of space, air cons worked really well and took the humidity out quickly.
We stayed here for a 2 day trip to Phillip Island race track and found it conveniently placed for both shops and track.
Check in was a breeze and the staff at First National were fantastic.
Highly recommend this property.
