    Beautiful comfortable relaxing studio for the maximum of two people ,enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch ,private parking,cold drinks,comfy bed with back lighting..easy self checking an out ,your parking on the left side of driveway,this studio department is exactly what’s shown in pictures ..a small coffee area,bedroom,full bath an the porch area at the entrance which is under the gazebo besides the driveway theres no shared space
    The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with a separate bedroom.

    😩 did not stay-beware

    I sent a message to the host Precious M and it took her 5 hours to respond which she said her account had been terminated by Vrbo and she was unable to assist me further. I contacted vrbo 4 times that day which was day before my check in and I had to travel 8 hours to get there. Each call was over an hour with no resolution. The last rep was a specialist that said I would have to drive to the host facility and get a rejection in order to get a refund and I would get a specialist to assist me with my refund with no problem . So I messaged the host and let her know my ETA and she in turn said she would call the police and have me arrested. She cursed me out through the messages also. After receiving awful message from the host I called vrbo again and asked for the specialist for my case, I was denied a specialist (I asked several times) and placed on hold several times just to get a room and refund. Again over an hour to get a room while driving a long journey. I was stressed completely out. I did get a call back from a specialist but I was in the middle of a wedding and they ended up emailing me in which I responded. I wouldn’t recommend vrbo or this host ever. I’d be embarrassed.

    Seasoned traveler - worst stay ever!

    I am highly disappointed in VRBO and this property. First, I was bothered by the fact that I had no secondary lock inside the room to guarantee safety. No safety chain, nothing. Only an inside door separating from her space. I immediately noticed how hot the room was, and, immediately ask for the air to be lowered. There was no AC return in the room. It was miserable. GA is hot and humid!!!!! Communication with the owner was no issue. However, the fact that I had no control over a thermostat, which resulted in a room staying average of 85°, isn’t okay. I had to open the french doors (only entryway, no screen) in the middle of the night to be somewhat comfortable. Why? Because I had no flat sheet to cover up with. Only a comforter! After NUMEROUS written request for her to lower the AC, her response was, “It gets too cold upstairs. Shared thermostat life, sorry!” After the next response of me begging for a fan or lower AC, she tells me to “use ceiling fan.” Had to buy my own toilet paper, coffee pot didn’t work properly, and I won’t even start with the cosmetics. VRBO did nothing to “make this right” and this was officially the LAST TIME I give them any business. By the way, while VRBO did their “research”, the listing was removed.
