Inside, the spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area has been recently enhanced with stylish new finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views. Enjoy movie nights on the comfy sofas surrounding the large 65-inch Smart TV, or engage in friendly competition on the combined pool/table tennis/dining table. For a touch of nostalgia, the retro arcade machine with hundreds of classic games is sure to delight. The kitchen has been upgraded with all the mod cons, including an air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and more.

Set within a woodland clearing, our new children’s play area includes swings, a trim trail, and picnic benches — perfect for relaxed family time outdoors. We also offer a new secure pet exercise field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe, off-lead play in a dedicated enclosed space, which has quickly become a guest favourite.

Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.

For walkers, the park sits directly opposite a Woodland Trust site, with immediate access to a network of short and longer-distance walks and bridleways, including the renowned Yorkshire Wolds Way, making it ideal for gentle strolls or more adventurous routes straight from the park.
