Cocoonr/Book&Pay invites you to come and enjoy the Isle of Beauty by staying at l'Ebène! Just 30 minutes from Ajaccio, this beautiful, fully-equipped 50 m² ground-floor flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has all the comforts you need for a successful holiday: a lovely terrace with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower and basement parking space. Bed linen and towels not provided, but can be hired.

The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with sitting area equipped with sofa, coffee table and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190), TV and access to the terrace
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (40x190) and a bunk bed
- A bathroom (accessible through bedroom 2) with a vanity unit and walk-in shower
- A separate toilet (accessible through bedroom 2)

Outside:
- A 20m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sea view

The flat is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Area and activities :
- Close to the most beautiful beaches (Mare e sole, Rupionne, Agosta, Isolella, etc)
- Nearby beaches: the nearest is a 5-minute walk away.
- Others 10-15 min on foot (5 min by car).
- 2 min drive from Porticcio
- 30 min from Ajaccio and the airport
