Staff goes above and beyond taking care of my family and kids, giving us anything we need. Always courteous. Room is on the smaller end lacking storage space. Buffett is top notch with a huge variety of choices. The only downside of the hotel is the distance from the grand pool deck. We were not staying in season but probably could not have taken advantage of it as much as we've liked.

Andaz has given me wonderful service. I extended an extra stay after my business travel and they would leave eye masks, glasses cleaner and cloth, alongside a deep sleep pillow spray in my room to make sure my stay was comfortable. They also left me a personalized handwritten note to encourage me to lift my spirits even though I was working. Super thoughtful. I also requested a cake to celebrate a promotion and they were very accommodating to bring it to the bar downstairs last minute instead of my room. Breakfast and the complimentary cake was super yummy and plentiful. Because there is no casino right downstairs of our hotel, it is also relatively quiet during the day and night. I would highly recommend to stay at Andaz if you are looking for a stay that is luxurious and modern. I would stay there again next time I am in Macau.

2nd time staying at Andaz Macau. Stayed there for 2 nights for this latest trip. Encountered few “not so great” events which started with - Delayed in room readiness. Arrived at 3pm but 1 of the 2 booked rooms was not ready. Even though we were promised to have the room’s cardkey delivered to the available room and we will be able to access immediately after we were back to the room. However, it was not available and we had to call and wait for it. - Spoilt toilet door. The first room’s toilet sliding door can be frosted through manual button for privacy purpose. We initially noticed that the door was out of the hinge so we requested for repairs. The repairmen arrived promptly. After investigation, they repaired the sliding hinge but with another issue where the frosting mechanism would need “precise” positioning for it to work and repairing it may need hours. We hope the hotel could work on ensuring the facilities’ conditions before handing the room to their guests. Overall, the place is great with excellent shuttle service around Galaxy compound and the hotel front desk service is excellent. Hope to see improvements on my next trip!
