Excellent hotel and location.

We were a group of ten hillwalkers. Hotel was perfect for us. An excellent hotel. Had stayed there in 2019 and were delighted to go back. Very friendly staff and hotel was spotless. Glad to recommend.

Not a great hotel. The room has not super clean, phone doesnt work to call reception, they forgot to put things in the room that were promised. Parking is 30 euros, which is absurd. They "run out" of the parking that is at the front so you have to park in the garage for a premium price.

Beautiful Dolomite

The scenery was very nice and the village was very beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The location was also good as it was halfway between Ortisei and Cortina D'Ampezzo. The staff was nice.

In the heart of the Dolomites

The hotel was in a very nice location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and cordial. My only complaint was the room was hot, even with windows open, and there was no AC or fans available. I know this was an unusual hot spell Italy and the mountains were going through. In addition I had to pay 30 euros for parking when it was advertised as free parking.

Worst hotel experience in my life

Worst hotel stay ever. Had to pay 60 Euro for 2 nights parking. Breakfast was so bad we went down to the grocery store after breakfast to get something decent to eat. Service was just awful. We booked a room with a balcony but the balcony faced into a backside gutter and there was not even a chair to sit on or anything. How on earth can this hotel have 4 stars rating?

The room was nice - but quite outdated. Clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, with eggs, bread, bacon, yoghurts and many pastries. However there are many extra charges we did not expect: parking was €18 for out the front (which is very limited), or €30 for in the garage (which we had to do as no spaces left outside). We also chose this hotel because there was a sauna only to be told it was an extra charge.

Séjour décevant, à l'image d'un établissement laissé à l'abandon L'expérience démarre mal, avec des frais de stationnement de 18 € qui donnent le ton. Alors que sur l’hôtel des place gratuit disponible .. Dès l'arrivée, extérieure semble laissée à l'abandon, avec pour accueil des mauvaises herbes un peu partout. À l'intérieur, ce n'est pas mieux : le wifi fonctionne à peine, la chambre est désuète et nous avons constaté de la moisissure dans la douche. Aucune rénovation, aucun entretien visible : l'hôtel semble figé dans le temps. On est très loin du standard quatre étoiles affiché, autant par l'état des lieux que par la qualité du service. Le souper a été le point le plus catastrophique. Près de 45 minutes d'attente avant même que notre commande soit prise. La salle de restaurant est austère et sans charme. La nourriture est ordinaire , pain congelé plat sans goût et nettement trop chère pour ce qu'elle est. Le service laissait franchement à désirer : aucune notion de bilinguisme, et le manager agressif envers ses employés a été incapable de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la demi-pension. On nous a quasiment imposé le tiramisu en dessert, sans réelle marge de choix sur le reste du repas ce qui mettait mal à l'aise. Bref, un établissement qui mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement et un meilleur service

Dit hotel is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe. Alles was oud en versleten, niets van charme of authentieke sfeer maar oude meuk en een badkamer vol schimmel. De pannen waren te vies om aan te raken , de kamer piepklein en we hebben door het gebrek aan airco geen oog dichtgedaan. Zou dit hotel niet aanbevelen, veel te duur voor wat er aangeboden werd.

La struttura è vecchiotta e gli anni si vedono tutti, tuttavia rilevo un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Mi sono fermato per una sola notte ed ho preso la mezza pensione con una maggiorazione minima; ero abbastanza scettico visto il prezzo ridotto, era domenica sera e temevo il classico piatto freddo o il pollo arrosto (quello utilizzato per fare il brodo), menu tipici di alcuni alberghi la domenica sera, viceversa mi sono trovato di fronte ad una cena degna di un ristorante stellato, con quattro proposte a scelta per antipasto, primo, secondo e desserte, tutti i piatti proposti erano di ottimo livello. Un po' troppi forse 4,5 euro per una bottiglia di acqua minerale. Eccellente anche la colazione

Flotte store rom, gode senger for alle. Nytt og herlig bad. God frokost, vi var i hovedsak veldig fornøyd de fire nettene vi tilbrakte her. Beliggenheten var lokal, kort vei til sentrum og gondoler. Det var noen fra et rom i gangen på vår etasje som må ha røykt innendørs, så det luktet en del sigarettrøyk. Noe lytt fra rommene ut mot gangen.

Das Zimmer ist in Wirklichkeit ein kleines schlecht unterhaltenes Appartement mit kleinen Fenster vor denen eine grosse Böschung steht. Wir fühlten uns strak eingeschlossen. Glücklicherweise hatten wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht. Die Nasszelle war soweit möglich sauber, ebenso das Bett. Das Frühstück war gut nur das viele herumstehende Personal war störend. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen.
