No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

The property worked out very well for a bunch of activities at Oregon State University. Friend doing verbal dissertation Marine science. Attended OSU volleyball game, and moved my sophomore into dorm. Communication was excellent, parking, proximity to everything couldn't ask for more! Very cozy, comfortable, and clean.

Perfect spot while visiting OSU …

This is the such a sweet 2 bed cottage & just :20 min walk to campus. Super clean, lots of towels & comfy beds. Huge backyard too. The area is great with a large grassy park 1/2 block away (volleyball, pickleball & playground). Kristin was a superb host (very friendly, helpful & communicator). Definitely recommend.
