Beautiful apartment furnished with attention to detail in a large villa in Crepedel, a few steps from the center. The house is located on the ground floor, with a panoramic terrace, overlooking Tofane. Due to its position, it is an ideal apartment for all those who love relaxation and nature and wish to spend a holiday in the mountains in both summer and winter.



The apartment consists of a living area with comfortable sofa, LCD TV and dining room with large wooden table and bench. From the living room it is possible to access the panoramic terrace equipped with table and benches and also comfortable deckchairs. The kitchen is super equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen, a corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second double bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and wardrobe. In front of the room is a bathroom with large shower cubicle. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a small en-suite bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection and external car park are available. The apartment is ideal for a family holiday or for a group of friends looking for comfort a stone's throw from the center of Cortina.
