House immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the lively centre of Cortina and the splendid slopes of the Faloria/Cristallo ski area. The location is truly strategic as it is positioned in the midst of greenery in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is just a stone's throw from the famous Corso Italia, the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Welcoming apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. The house offers everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Dolomites.



The apartment consists of a bright living area composed of two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, LCD TV and a dining table with a bench and wooden chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the day area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and has private access to a bathroom with a bidet and bath with shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a small private bathroom with a washbasin and WC.

Available to guests are a terrace, an external parking space and Wi-Fi connection.

Great location but property is a bit tired.

Easy check-in process. Good directions and easy to park. Easy access to town centre on foot. The flat was missing key pieces of equipment e.g. an electric kettle and a decent sized coffee pot. Not enough lamps. We rented in June and wanted to be outside to eat but not enough space at the table. The flat is advertised as suitable for 6. We were a family of 4 adults and needed more space. It would be nice to have better outdoor furniture.

Super Lage, schwer zu finden

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Sehr angenehm, dass es zwei Bäder gibt. Die Küche ist sehr klein. In Google maps nicht zu finden, daher die von der Agentur mitgeschickte Anfahrtsbeschreibung genau beachten. Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Agréable séjour à Cortina

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, Cortina étant idéal pour rayonner dans la région et faire toutes les randonnées mythiques ! L'appartement est bien placé à proximité du centre (5 mn à pied) et dans un environnement calme. Il est fonctionnel, assez spacieux, avec parking attenant. Deux regrets : il aurait pu être mieux décoré ; et surtout la cuisine est mal équipée (peu de vaisselle, cafetière italienne minuscule, pas de bouilloire ni de grille pain, pas de fond de cuisine).
