Set amidst the unspoiled beauty of the Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Park, this charming stone villa with traditional dry-stone walls is the perfect retreat for those seeking nature, privacy, and breathtaking views. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the property boasts spectacular sea views stretching over the coastline from Otranto to Castro and Santa Cesarea Terme.



Accommodating up to 9 guests, the villa features 3 bedrooms (one spacious and two smaller ones), 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage room.



The true highlight is the professional astronomical telescope available for guests, allowing you to observe the towns of Castro, Santa Cesarea, Otranto, and Punta Palascia—the easternmost point of Italy where you can witness the first sunrise. Spot ships crossing the Otranto Channel and even the mountains of nearby Albania. At night, immerse yourselves in the magic of the starry sky, observing planets, galaxies, and constellations.
