MOD SALENTO B&B - TRIPLE ROOM

Mod Salento is a modern and comfortable B&B located in Corsano, a small village in southern Salento rich in history and tradition, about 4 km from the enchanting Adriatic coast.

The property has six welcoming rooms, suitable for families, couples, groups of friends, and solo travelers. Mod Salento offers rooms with different features:

-three quadruple rooms
-one triple room
-one double room
-one large family room

All rooms are located on the first floor, while the entrance to the building and the main hall are on the ground floor (mezzanine level).

Furthermore, all rooms are carefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome!

Mod Salento provides its guests with breakfast vouchers for the renowned "Arome de Cacao" pastry shop, located just 600 meters from the B&B and easily reachable on foot.


THE LOCATION

The excellent location of the B&B allows you to easily reach the main commercial services on foot. Just a few steps away, you'll find gyms, post office, supermarkets, greengrocers, laundromats, pastry shops, tobacconists, and more.

The historic center of Corsano, with additional commercial services, ancient monuments, and churches, is only 600 meters away. Walking through the alleys of this small village, you can immerse yourself in the heart of local culture, adding authenticity and tradition to your stay.

Furthermore, during the summer months, the Corsano community often organizes festivals and folkloric events that introduce you to the cultural and culinary traditions of the area.

Finally, just 4 km away, you can reach the beautiful beaches along the Adriatic Sea, known for their breathtaking landscapes and pristine nature, featuring cliffs that overlook the sea and enchanting sea caves.

The triple room features a double bed, a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower cubicle.

SHARED AREA

Mod Salento has a large shared area, where guests can use the facilities according to their needs:

- a spacious hall furnished with tables and chairs, and a small fully equipped kitchenette;
- an additional outdoor courtyard with equipment.

As previously mentioned, the small village of Corsano is about 4 km from the sea.

Its strategic location offers the opportunity to explore both the Adriatic coast (with its rocky beaches and stunning landscapes) and the Ionian coast (with its sandy beaches).

The closest beaches we recommend visiting are:

- Marina di Novaglie, about 4 km away: a small gem nestled in unspoiled nature, surrounded by low, accessible rocks and a crystal-clear sea.
- Marina Serra, about 4.5 km away: an enchanting spot with natural pools, perfect for both adults and children.

The area is also rich in nature trails worth exploring.

We recommend a walk along the beautiful "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" trail overlooking the sea, and the so-called "Tratturi" or "Vie del Sale", ancient paths once used for salt smuggling, which connect the town to the sea at several points.

Other beaches and places to visit nearby include Ponte del Ciolo (8 km), Marina di Guardiola (4 km), Tricase Porto (7 km), Santa Maria di Leuca (12 km), and the sandy beaches of the Maldives of Salento (16 km).
