Very nice place
First I want to say how incredibly responsive the owners were. I had several questions and they replied almost immediately.
About the condo itself: the building itself doesn't say much but the condo inside is beautifully decorated. Classic seaside decoration, without being overwhelming and tacky. It had pretty much everything we needed and more. The AC works perfectly, the kitchen is fully equipped, the tv has cable and antenna, and there are several books and board games.
The location is great. Only two blocks from the beach and two blocks from a pretty big convenience store. Only two VERY SMALL cons: 1) Walls are kind of thin so when you have a couple of noisy neighbors next to you or even in the patio it can be annoying, but the owners can't do anything about it. The AC and a white noise app helped covered the outside noise. 2) I traveled with my teen so we used both the Murphy bed and the sofa bed. When both of them are open the space is pretty tight. Not a major problem but you do need to move things around.
