Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into your getaway condo as you enjoy sunrises and ocean views from the comfort of your own bed. This lovely efficiency condo on the 1st floor is the perfect space for two.

This beach condo is completely remodeled with beautiful flooring throughout, a kitchen area complete with a granite counter, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove and a fully stocked kitchen.

For sleep arrangements, there is a king-sized bed. The dining area seats 2 and situated in front of the 40" flat screen TV for those who like to watch television while sipping their favorite cup of coffee. There are also two lounge chairs situated perfect in front of the wall-to-wall windows.

The bathroom has a large shower and tub combo and vanity with gorgeous granite counter tops and brilliant lighting to make getting ready a breeze. The vanity has ample counter space to place personal toiletries on. There are also two closets in the bathroom for extra storage.

This private balcony is perfect and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. As we mentioned before, the sunrise is Devine! Be sure to take advantage and share that special moment with someone.

FRANK

Bathtub was clogged and nobody at the property to fix. I signed an agreement with a lot of rules which I committed to. But you have no problem taking my Money for my stay for a room that obviously was ready to be rented out. Who ever cleaned that unit knew there was something wrong with the drain. You should at the very least reimburse me half of what I paid. If you care at all about this rental property..

Property was clean, very well put together, organized, all the essentials you need, none that you don"t. We would rent again in a heartbeat ideal for two people, partial beach view, great sun rises in the morning and you could see ships passing in the sea from the balcony. Very homey appeal

Lovely Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The beach access was private and accessible from the parking lot. The property was as described. The bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were plentiful for the two of us. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but a grocery store was just a few minutes drive. The balcony had a limited view of the beach, but it was so easy to walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrise from our balcony. Would definitely consider staying again!
