We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were great at communicating and the property had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoyed the community pool. The kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 primary suites (with king beds!) were a bonus. I definitely recommend it!

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! So close to the beach and close to golf cart rentals, restaurants, and shops. Lots of space, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to relax and watch tv or play games. It’s a great rental and the hosts are great about sending info you need, answering questions, and keeping in touch!

We enjoyed are family long weekend at the Charming Beachside 505 condo. Check in was a breeze and all info conveyed before we arrived. Once there we enjoyed the set up of the condo and everything was nicely furnished and very clean. The gameroom in garage with the extended covered area off garage was a plus as we spend lots of time there. Mark (owner) checked in and made sure everything was going great and was very responsive for any questions. I have stayed in Port Aransas several times and even in the same condo and would definitely stay again at the Charming Beachside.

Weekend stay

Mark and Diane were excellent host. Thy provided me with all my codes about a week before trip, they answered all my questions in a timely matter. The house was as shown online, very well kept and spacious. They had things for the kids to play with in the garage and board games in the house, which was nice. The location of the house was a plus, it was not far from beach. I appreciated the welcome card and the kite, very nice gesture. If or when I go back to Port A, I would stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

We had a fantastic time staying at 505 Charming Beachside. It rained quite a bit, but the house was equipped with games and plenty to keep our three 7-year-olds entertained. Communication with Mark and Diane was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Coaches retreat

We had a fabulous stay at the house. It was super close to the beach and the pool was a lot of fun. Mark and Diane are very responsive. They leave very clear instructions about their property. It is very cozy and plenty of space. The downstairs master bed, is very comfy. Love the access to Netflix(really nice feature).

We were on family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The space was perfect, we had 9 people with us. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The place is very spacious and it was stocked better than any place I have rented in the past. The location is perfect. We also loved the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Comfy little townhouse

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Boys loved the bunkbeds and the girls enjoyed having their own private bathroom on their room. Community pool was great, albeit busy. Pretty sure surrounding communities crash the pool there since it’s so nice. Kids had a ball playing at the beach and the house had everything we could have wanted for a fun family stay.

Great Location

This property is just as pictured and worked great for our group. The location is close to town and you can easily take the golf cart to the beach or town. And it had 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. Owners were super easy to work with and would definitely recommend this property.

I can not possibly convey how perfect this condo was. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is literally around the corner. 5 minute golf cart ride to anything you need in town. The condo was equipped above and beyond anything you would need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach toys all available to borrow while staying at the condo. Large well kept pool steps from the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place for our family's stay in Port A. Owners are very accessible....always replied quickly! Beautiful condo with comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras avaliable to us (extra beach chair, plastic buckets, etc) was great. Pool was great too. Definitely recommend!

Very Nice House

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, AC was cool and it had all the amenities of home.Mark and Diane were great hosts and communicated quickly when we needed something or had questions. The pool was also very nice and never too crowded when we were there. While we didn't walk to the beach it was only a 5 minute walk so it would have been really easy!

Perfect Quick Weekend Away

This was the absolutely best find in Port Aransas yet. Mark and Dianne communicated check in procedures well in advance of the arrival date. The townhome was well laid out, clean, and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well appointed, and had the items most of us forget...salt, pepper, olive oil, ect. Mark and Dianne had extra beach toys, carts, boards for use. The location was about as good as you can get, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main shopping area, and 10 minutes to the pier & jetty. We enjoyed our time here and will likely be back!

Best Place Yet

We visit Port A every year. We choose a different house/rental each time. This was by far our favorite. Clean, orderly, cute, roomy and the stay was easy peasy. Great communication from the owner, excellent family shared pool and great access to the beach & town. Will try to stay here again when booking next year.

Communication was wonderful. The property was so clean and easy to access. The pool was wonderful and super relaxing. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was there wasnt a bathtub for kids to bathe in for easy access with littles. Mark and Diane were so kind ans helpful with any questions we had.
