Absolutely loved our stay and will be back! The place was so clean and smelled so good when we went into our room. All the staff was amazingly nice and very helpful and friendly. Guest were friendly. From arrival to departure, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I stayed in room 433 and was pleased when I opened the door. It was clean and a cute room. It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically on the beach and really close to town. I would definitely go back here and stay longer.

The best thing love about the property is its location- the beach is a few steps away. Room smelled clean, however, someone forgot to clean the coffeemaker, used coffee filter was still inside. Toilet water pressure was kind of low. Other than that, it was great. Front reception was great. Will still book this property again.
