Updates include new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a remodeled hall bath, new TV's, and LVP flooring installed throughout. The open-concept living area opens up onto a private covered deck space where you can relax in the shade and listen to the ocean. Your walk to the beach will be quick and easy using the wooden walkway located directly across the street. The Hawk's Nest is pet-friendly so your furry best friend can accompany you. With an excellent location between Duck and Corolla, the Seaside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns, including shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf. Joggers and bikers will appreciate Corolla's multi-use path that connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.

Much needed break

We had a blast in OBX and couldn’t be happier with the condo. The location was extremely affordable considering we were there for the 4th of July. The location was perfect but could be a tough walk to the beach for someone with knee problems. The steps that go over the dune are quite excessive but better than not having close beach access. This location does not come with pool access which was okay for us but a pool or access to a pool would have been great.
