Four bedrooms sleep 9 guests across two levels. The third level features a king bedroom with private en-suite bath. The second level offers an additional king bedroom with en-suite bath, a queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and a duo-bunk room with double bottom bunk and twin top (bath in the hall). A central living space connects the second-level bedrooms.

Carova Beach is home to wild horses, fox, deer, and rabbits on land, while brown pelicans, sea hawks, terns, sandpipers, and gulls enchant from the shore. Whales and porpoises have even been spotted from the beach.
