This property was very nice and spacious for a large family. The appliances are of good quality and all work well.Beautiful view of the beach and direct access to it.The only minor whinge I had was that it did not have a hair dryer but besides that highly recommended.

Family gathering from around the world

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 9 adults and 2 children gathering from around the world for the first time. The house was perfect for this with the various living annd break out areas, kids’ toys games and books and access to the beach where when using the kayaks we were surrounded several times by curious gentle dolphins. The kitchens are well appointed and the barbecue very useful. Good luck working out how to use the microwave. We gave up even using the instructions! We were able to walk to the Anchorage one night for a fabulous dinner and the playground a few metres away came in very handy. The beds are super comfortable and the outdoor area perfect for all our meals at this time of the year. We would definitely return.

Anzac Long Weekend

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was perfect in all areas and made our stay in Port Stephens very enjoyable. The location, near the Anchorage resort and marina, was excellent as was the access to the beach and wonderful gardens on the waterfront.

Lovely Spot

Great location and nice neat and tidy house that was well set up for two families. Michelle was very easy to deal with and assisted with some extras we asked for without issue.

Friends Getaway

Beautiful house, perfect location - we are a group of women in our early 60’s who stayed 3 nights at this wonderful house.The only negative we gave is that the BBQ was filthy - rodent poo and dirt on the hot plate. Downstairs toilet had not been flushed properly and smudge marks in the bowl.
