Kommunikation schlecht vor Ort
Ich hatte zweimal vor Antritt der Reise darum gebeten, dass für das Doppelbett bitte zwei Zudecken bereit liegen. Das war aber nicht so. Angekommen habe ich erneut darum gebeten , mehrfach. Antwort: es lägen genügend Bettlaken ( was man im Sommer als ausreichend empfindet in Spanien) dort, es sei doch 17 Grad. Stimmt, tagsüber, nachts 9 Grad! Dann bot die Betreuerin nach 2Tagen an, mittags um 13 Uhr die Zudecke zu bringen. Wir unterbrechen kurz vor 13 Uhr unseren Ausflug, entdecken , dass in der Wohnung die Decke schon liegt. In unserer Abwesenheit dort abgelegt! Bei dem eigentlich vorgesehenem Treffen wollte ich der Betreuerin noch zeigen, dass die Dachterrassentür nicht schließt, es bleibt ein Spalt von 1cm. Da es stürmte, wehte der Wind direkt auf das 80 cm entfernte Bett.
