We loved this hotel throughout the ski season. We came here several times and whenever we had guests, we stayed at this hotel with them. The location is great and the hotel has a nice little area for the hot tubs. Breakfast is a little overpriced in my opinion. Rooms were nice. Food immediately around the hotel at the ski resort could really use an upgrade as it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had for the price. However, it’s not a knock on the hotel. The hotel is great and it’s very easy to get to the closest town nearby which offers much better dining options.

Excellent location and nice on site restaurant with very good service. Be aware that cleaning is upon request, as in all choice hotels. This is to save personnel. Or to give the guests more choices. Choose what you want to believe. Oh yes, you may want to avoid interactions with the assistant general manager Jonathan Flores who is opionated and confrontational. There is also a ski-rental in the same building. I did not use them, but now that they have added a bridge to access the Center Village faster, this might be a good option.

The bar and breakfast service (Alex and Charles) was good, but housekeeping was a hot mess. The maid didn't know how to make a bed. Housekeeping was by request, and after the 2nd day we asked for new sheets and towels, and we had to remake the bed. We did not request housekeeping again during our stay.
