Beautiful Ski-in/Ski-out Studio in Center Village. This 384 sq/ft condo has a King size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and a large TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. This condo is steps away from the American Eagle "chondola" lift and right in the middle of the Center Village with access to many shops and restaurants. There is a community hot tub, and heated underground parking garage. Free parking for 1 vehicle in garage under the building. STR license # STR25-R-00042. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free internet access, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.
