Enjoy the "aqua dolce" (meaning sweet water) at this beautiful large family friendly beach house with ocean views located within an easy 150m flat walk to Copacabana Beach, shops, cafes and Surf Life-Saving Club. Swim safely between the flags - patrolled by surf club in warmer weather.

Comfortably accommodates 12 people with 4 bedrooms.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces is conducted by professional cleaners.
BED LINEN & BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. ALL BEDS ARE MADE FOR YOU. Please provide your own beach towels.
Two bedrooms downstairs: main bedroom with 1 Queen size bed; second bedroom with 1 Double and 2 Singles. Two bedrooms upstairs: main with 1 Queen size bed and balcony with ocean views, second bedroom with 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds. Bedrooms also include wardrobes, ceiling fans & heaters, quilts with quilt covers, pillows and blankets. There are 2 bathrooms, one located downstairs with shower & toilet and one located upstairs with shower, bath, toilet & a large double basin area.

Spacious open and beautifully appointed upstairs living area with a fireplace, kitchen and balcony with ocean views. Loungeroom with large flat screen Samsung Smart TV, large L-shaped leather lounge with two reclining seats. Downstairs pool/snooker table room with another smart Sony TV with Google and DVD player, plus a games room with table tennis. Lots of board games to play.

Big backyard lawned area with entertaining deck, outdoor lounge and BBQ. Secure fencing. Downstairs courtyard with clothes line and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Location - Copacabana on the Central Coast close to Sydney

Copacabana is a picturesque coastal village on the New South Wales Central Coast located 90 minutes drive north from Sydney CBD. Approximately 15 minutes from Terrigal and 5 minutes from Avoca Beach.

Copacabana is nestled between Avoca and MacMasters Beaches. Cochrane Lagoon with its beautiful wildlife divides Copacabana and MacMasters Beaches with Copa being at the northern end. There is also a rock pool that is perfect for children as well as the lagoon.

Local & Nearby Attractions

Local shops are very close. A level short walk to cafes, restaurants, general store, bottle shop, chemist, hairdresser and playgrounds.

Enjoy a walk along the beach to Cochrane Lagoon, MacMasters Beach and nature walking trails in the Bouddi National Park plus Captain Cook Lookout.

Great getaway for a group

This was our second visit to the property. The house is perfectly set up for a group getaway with children. The games rooms are awesome and tucked away from the main living spaces. The location is very convenient to the beach and the Copacabana shops (including good food and cafe options, a small grocer and chemist - everything you need!). There are excellent laundry facilities and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need (oils and herbs, coffee and tea, rubbish bags, paper towel, etc, etc). Copacabana itself is located near several great walking tracks (one starts at the top of Copacabana and makes it's way to Avoca) and the other starts at MacMasters Beach into Bouddi National Park. It's a lovely holiday home in a great location.

Fabulous stay

We were incredibly grateful for our stay at this wonderful property. The location was brilliant - very close to the beach action but quiet. The property is very well set up and equipped for the perfect family/friends break. And perhaps most importantly for us as we juggled attending a cancelled wedding due to Covid, our host was gracious, pragmatic and prompt. Thank you for enabling a supremely relaxing and fun weekend in some pretty stressful times.

Family getaway to celebrate 70 th.

Place was easy to locate. Area was perfect , not too busy and picturesque. Rental house was very good. Had everything you needed for whole family for beach and relaxation. Facilities good especially kitchen. Good areas ( deck and balcony) to relax. Great view from balcony. Location good as close to shops and recreational places.

Lovely place to holiday

We stayed at this lovely house with another family. Total of 4 x adults and 5 x children. There was plenty of room, had everything we needed to be comfortable and a awesome view. Also very close to the beach. We look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay here at this property. The house was so well maintained and definitely has the beach house feel. Highly recommended to all, the gardening and landscaping is amazing as well as the rear deck. Great Accommodation

Thanks so much Georgina for a fabulous accommodation oyu have provided. From the start of our booking Georgina was easily contactable and helpful. The house was as expected from the photos, description and past reviews. The house was clean and tidy. We did not have a pet, but unlike many other pet friendly places we have stayed this house was clean with no dog fur to be seen. Extended Family weekend away

This property was the perfect getaway for our family of 11. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone to relax and a lovely secure yard for our dog. The pool table and ping pong table were in constant use and the proximity to beach and shops was perfect. We will be back!
