Situated on a rural lifestyle block on a hill behind Cooks Beach, it is private and perfect for a romantic getaway!

This renovated1950's cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a kitchenette, with small fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan and coffee maker. The kitchen and dining area open onto a large sunny deck with a BBQ, which is partially covered. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. The lounge area includes a TV and DVD player, two seater couch and bean bags.

The cottage and deck overlooks a small stream and bush, a small orchard and also has rural views.

Kanuka cottage has it's own drive entrance and parking for two cars.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
