Fair Oaks Guesthouse

Nestled in a 2 acre, cul-de-sac lot, this guest home is the perfect place to call home. It is a beautiful space that is completely private from the main home. The home has been newly furnished and decorated as of June 2024. It has its own driveway leading to parking right in front of the entry door. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded creating a very peaceful environment. The entire space has 10 foot ceilings making it bright and airy. It features a full kitchen complete with a fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, pantry, and table to seat four. Connected to the kitchen is the living room where there is a spacious and comfortable sectional complete with a 50" smart TV and a lift top coffee table. Adjacent the living room is a work/study area. There is a bedroom that has a king bed, dresser, full length mirror, and two nightstands that have included outlets/charging ports. The home contains a full bathroom with cabinet and medicine cabinet storage and a shower/bath combination. There is in unit laundry to make your stay stress free and convenient. The huge walk-in closet allows for clothing and other storage needs to be met. The outdoor patio allows for you to immerse yourself in the sounds of nature and enjoy the sunshine.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
