Good hotel but misses a few ladies needs

The sink in bathroom was very high, I had to stand on top toes to wash. No mirror over dressing/work table, so no where to sit to style my hair. No aircon si very warm in bed.

Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests.
The original LNWR crane from the 1880’s when slate was loaded from trains onto boats in the former quayside.

Very nice spa. Espcially enjoyed pool area. .weight room for exercise was not adequate. Only one wieght machine and limited dumbells. Excellent breakfast and service.

Great break in North Wales.

Great place to stay in North Wales. Spa very good, but available times a bit restricted for guests. Vegetarians catered for but limited choice on main menus. Overlooking, a lovely place for a break.

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in bar and breakfast was excellent. Only gripe was charging a extra £25 pp to use leisure facilities. This is only issue that lets hotel down. Guests shouldn’t be charged extra to use facilities. It was free before 9am or after 5.15pm but this just meant it was way too busy at these times and kinda spoilt experience.

The location is just stunning at the Quay. The most beautiful views ever. Easy to get around, by car or train or on foot. A lovely walk to Conwy with a castle, shopping, cafes and an Rspb reserve. The staff were super friendly throughout the hotel and noted my suggestion to help other GF Veggie guests by having a slightly bigger selection of breakfast items.

Fantastic hotel, facilities, staff& views.

Modern, relaxed with super service, food and rooms. Bed mattress amazingly comfortable. Spa great and nice outdoor touches with seating with great views and water features. Nothing was too much trouble. Birthday card left in room and birthday plate after our meal, thank you. Clearly run with great management and leadership. We will return.

I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. Well done the Quay.
