A fully renovated former farmhouse with a living area of 180m² (1,900 sq ft) and a shaded, tree-lined terrace and an enclosed garden. With a capacity of 6 people, the Gîte de Chaurupt is a charming house located in the charming village of Contrisson, 15 km from Bar-le-Duc, at the confluence of the Saulx and Ornain valleys. It is located near Lac du Der. This cottage sleeps 6.
Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room with fireplace, bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and television, shower room, and separate toilet.
First floor: Large mezzanine with lounge and foosball table, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, shower room with toilet.
TV, DVD player, washing machine.
Enclosed garden.
Barbecue, garden furniture, and parking on the driveway that can accommodate a trailer.
