The pool area was clean and very relaxing. The stores and restaurants could have more available merchandise available to purchase. Overall, It was a great stay and we would recommend it! We would stay again !

My kids enjoyed our staycation. Everything was within walking distance. The facilities were super clean and we didn't have to leave for anything. Our room was a little stuffy at night. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience for kids and adults. We'll be back.
Recently stayed in one of the cottages for 3 days and unfortunately had a moderate experience. Upon arrival our unit had water line issues, causing the bathroom to clog up. The issue was suppose to be resolved, but the toilet remained clogged, so maintenance was kind enough to leave a plunger at the front door at 6pm. Food is mediocre! I encourage you to venture outside of the property to experience some of the good breakfast and lunch eateries nearby. Having a bracelet makes things convenient to order food or drinks, but the value is just not there. The restaurant in the main lobby is a waste of your time. We sat for 15 and not one server greeted us. That evening we returned to a cabin full of nats, leaving the cabin a mess after having to exterminate a majority of the insects. We requested our room to be cleaned and sanitized, needless to say, that did not happen.
Great amenities, fees rack up. Impossible to get through to the front desk if you’re calling from an outside line. Slow check-in.

Overall the resort was a great quick getaway ! We were able to enjoy the pools, lazy river, mini golf and restaurants. However, I did notice that the same 2 Sweedish Fish was on the floor in the hallway for two days, I had to call for linen for the sleeper sofa.
Everything was great considering the virus! There was no water pressure especially if you want to fill the soaker sub. Also putting the drain in the middle of the soaker tub with a drain stopper that doesn't go flat is not the greatest.
Was nice how they gave families with kids their own space, property is very pretty, just need one more restaurant, the waits to eat were pretty long. Overall a lot of fun!
