Vermittlung und schnelle Antwort auf unsere Anfrage zum Objekt war sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns gut betreut. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, 5min. zum Strand, sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet und vom Dach des Hauses kann man das Meer sehen. Auf jeden Fall benötigt man während des Aufenthaltes einen PKW. Die Einrichtung des Ferienhausses ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Realität. Wir hätten uns über eine Beschattung vor dem Küchenfenster gefreut. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Auch im September scheint an der Costa del la Luz die Sonne. Und früher gab es auch einen Mückenschutz am Fenster. Trotz allem haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt.

Maravilloso

La casa es muy acogedora. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila a unos 400 metros de la playa. Tiene un pequeño jardín y todo el equipamiento necesario para estar agusto. Jan es muy atento y agradable. Nos recibió y enseñó la vivienda y atendió una petición especial que le hicimos sin poner ninguna pega. Muchísimas gracias!! El centro de Conil queda un poco lejos, hay que desplazarse en vehículo, pero ya conocíamos la zona y lo sabíamos. Por lo demás todo de 10

Auf der Sonnseite des Lebens an der Küste des Lichtes...

Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, der Strand ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Je nach Tiede Spaziergang bis Conil möglich. Einkaufen in Conil kein Problem, ein Auto ist allerdings nötig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren ins Hinterland, Profil wellig, pro 10 km ca. 100 Hm. Vermieter sehr nett, angagiert und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns gut erholt, vielen Dank dafür.
