Aparência muito boa. Tudo feito em madeira. Colunas feitas com troncos de árvores. Decoração muito bonita. Piscina grande e agradável. Porém, o quarto é muito ruim e pequeno. A cama de casal é pequena. O ar condicionado é barulhento. Funcionários nao tem treinamento. Pedi uma caipirinha e a atendente demorou mais de meia hora para trazer meia caipirinha, sem açúcar e sem canudinho. Demorou mais um tempo enorme para trazer o canudo e o açúcar, pois estava atendendo outras pessoas. Acabei cancelando a caipirinha, pois o gelo já havia derretido. Cafe da manhã horrível e sem ordem.

Bom. Pelo preço e expectativa, fiquei decepcionado. A estrutura está precisando de manutenção. Os funcionários são ótimos, mas o quarto e as dependências precisando maior cuidado. No quarto, Ar condicionado imundo, voltei mal com sinusite e rinite. Restaurante tem um excelente cardápio, mas nem tudo o que é ofertado pode ser entregue ao cliente. A Localização é excelente. Tem tudo para ser TOP, pode ter sido no passado. MARIANA E MARIA SÃO ÓTIMAS. Sempre prontas para lhe atender.

Um império decadente !!

As instalações do hotel apresentavam no geral pouca manutenção e o quarto onde ficamos hospedados estava com a porta torta e desalinhada que dificultava abertura e fechamento, o banheiro exalava mal cheiro pelo encanamento ou por má limpeza, a chave de acionamento da energia do quarto toda quebrada e cheia de durex quase impedindo deu uso e fixação na parede, o frigobar com mal cheiro e sem limpeza (bandeja com água podre), a imagem da TV péssima (parece que sequer existe uma antena) e o entorno do hotel possui outras instalações (estacionamento, portal etc) de mesma propriedade em ruínas e completamente deteriorados, quais dão o tom e aspecto de abandono do negócio, alem de refletir na qualidade dos serviços, proporcionando para minha família a pior experiência de hospedagem das férias 2021/2022… ainda bem que utilizamos o mesmo apenas por um dia !
