It is in the back of Concarneau, a most historic area of Concarneau, very appreciated for its walking access to the sea and beaches as well as for its proximity to the city center, where this magnificent Breton neo is located entirely redesigned by young Breton architects.



A family-friendly of 124 m², it will delight you with its volumes, as soon as you arrive discover a spacious and welcoming entrance with plenty of storage hidden in a magnificent modern furniture.



You will enjoy spending time in its large living room where the dining area, the living room as well as the kitchen (with a filter coffee maker) linked to the rest of the room, through a pretty canopy that is both aesthetic and very practical, sinceitbrings beautiful brightness to the whole.



Every room has a warm and unique feel thanks to the tapestry that adorns the walls, push the doors and discover which one you will choose, it won't be easy as they are lovely.



For your comfort, it offers a step-free life with a bedroom located on the ground floor as well as its private bathroom in which you can enjoy its very spacious walk-in shower.



In order to bring you maximum privacy, the other two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with clog bath and a second toilet are located upstairs. The charm of the old houses, throughout its corridor is decorated with fitted cupboards that bring a lot of storage, the first time I discovered them they reminded me of good memories : the hide-and-seek parts when we were children.



Put on your flip-flops or hiking shoes, backpack or beach bag and walk down the street, you arrive directly at the cliff, it's up to you if you stop at the beach, continue to reach the GR34 or if you prefer to go for an ice cream in the town-close.

The plus of this downtown house: its enclosed garden of more than 400 m² in which you will enjoy relaxing and dining on the terrace after a rich day of walking and relaxing.

Maison bien agencée dans un quartier calme

Une météo exceptionnelle (pour mi septembre) a facilité la découverte de la ville de Concarneau (agréable), puis de la région (Pays bigoudin, Cornouaille…) avec des randos sur le sentier des douaniers en bord de mer (océan en l’occurrence)… Le gîte était super et l’accueil par l’agence Mariette excellent … Que du bonheur !!!
