Holiday home located in Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

The entire atmosphere of this house is enveloped in a rustic style, thanks to the materials used to build the accommodation, such as wood and stone.

As soon as you enter, a spacious living area will welcome you. Comfortable sofas and a brick fireplace, as well as high ceilings with wooden beams, are its main features. This room also features a dining area, where the house's six guests can sit and enjoy their meals together. The fully equipped separate kitchen is separated from the living area by a quaint storage room, which can also be used as a table. The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower; the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two more bathrooms available for guests, one with a shower, and the other with both a shower and a bathtub.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The outdoor area is decorated with stone, harmoniously blending with colorful flowers and climbing plants. The private oval-shaped pool offers the perfect place to cool off on warm summer days, while the covered porch with dining area is perfect for enjoying delicious meals. The poolside loungers allow you to sunbathe for as long as you like. Finally, enjoy the stunning views of the Sierra Almijara hills surrounding the house, and even the Mediterranean Sea on particularly clear days.

The property is not fenced.

The villa, which has private parking, is accessible via a paved road. However, please note that the house is located on a hill, so the last 50 meters of the access road are sloping.

The beautiful town of Cómpeta is just 4 km away, and you'll find a variety of shops, including supermarkets, fruit shops, and bars.
