The interiors, featuring a Nordic and contemporary design, stand out for their neutral tones and warm wooden elements, creating harmony and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the space—from the laminate flooring to the furniture and decorations. The living area is designed for relaxation and socializing: a soft double sofa bed and a TV create the ideal environment for moments of rest, while the linear kitchen and the large round dining table invite guests to enjoy pleasant lunches or dinners together (Note: the sofa bed is not made upon your arrival, as we believe it is best that you use it during hours not dedicated to sleeping. Sheets, pillows, and blankets can be found in the nearest closet/shelf). The bedroom, spacious and thoughtfully furnished, features a double bed, a large wardrobe to organize your belongings, a desk, and an armchair, perfect for reading or enjoying a quiet moment. The bathroom, decorated with original majolica-style tiles, combines aesthetics and functionality thanks to its suspended furniture and modern shower, adding an extra touch of elegance.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous paid public parking lots nearby, including the Autosilo Valduce.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

LOFT MONTI is located on a quiet street, just a short walk from the historic center of Como and about 500 meters from Teatro Sociale. Within 6-8 minutes on foot, you can reach the walled city with its characteristic cobbled streets, full of shops, bars, restaurants, churches, and charming squares. Among the most interesting spots are the splendid Piazza Duomo with the cathedral and Broletto, the picturesque Piazza San Fedele with its Romanesque basilica, Via Vittorio Emanuele for shopping, Piazza Volta with lively cafés and terraces, and Porta Torre, the historic entrance to the city. In about ten minutes on foot, you can also reach Piazza Cavour, overlooking the lake and the departure point for boats to the most famous towns on Lake Como, including Cernobbio, Torno, Laglio, Bellagio, and Varenna. A pleasant walk or bike ride will take you to Villa Olmo and its park, or to Villa Geno along the scenic Viale Geno. At the beginning of the avenue, you will also find the funicular station to Brunate, ideal for a panoramic lunch or for exploring the surrounding mountains with hiking and trekking.

How to get there:

By car: from the A9 motorway, take the Como Centro exit and follow the GPS directions. The apartment can be reached in about 10 minutes.

By train: from Como S. Giovanni station, take bus no. 5 and get off at “Como - S. Rocchetto” (10 stops, about 8 minutes), then walk about 1 minute to the apartment. From Como Lago station, the apartment is easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.
