Comfortable hotel with great views. We stayed for a week in December. It was a lovely experience being right in the middle of the Christmas market. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.
The internet was not encluded. Twenty euro a day to get it. The garage was in another hotel forty euro a night. I will never go back to this hotel.
We planned a day trip to Milan, but the hotels were hard to find at a reasonable price. Found this hotel on the shore of Lake Como for only a 5 euro train ride outside of Milan. It has great views across the public square of the lake and mountains, and in a nice, quiet area with plenty of restaurants close by.
We stayed for two nights. For the price this is a very average to poor hotel. It's very tired. The building is quite ugly in person. Beds not comfortable. We won't come back. Sorry!
The women at the front desk were amazing, the lacation was the best you could hope for, we loved it. We walked everywhere and the boats to cross the lake were just across a beautiful square w/ restaurants and shops. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Como. Enjoy and Caio
Good location, lake view room worth the extra. Parking is at the Palace, a sister hotel about 100 yards away. Friendly and helpful staff.
