Charming little detached duplex chalet in front of the owners' family farm (which also includes 2 other gîtes).
It has 10m2 of living space on the ground floor + a mezzanine bedroom on the first floor (attic).
Quiet setting, grounds and private south-facing terrace facing the mountains (Mont Blanc massif).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen area with table-bar, shower room (shower and wc).
First floor (access via miller's staircase): mezzanine bedroom (attic), with a 140x190cm bed, TV (maximum ceiling height: 1.25m).
Underfloor heating. Wifi internet access. Free parking in the courtyard.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (bed made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Private terrace facing the Alpine peaks (Mont-Blanc, Fiz), with garden furniture: parasol, deckchairs and gas hob.
Possibility of storing your skis or bikes in the owners' garage.
The owners, who are farmers, will be delighted to share their work with you (farm on site, Abondance dairy cows).
Combloux village centre less than 5 minutes' drive away (1.8km): shops, restaurants and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Megève 7km away (10 minutes by car): casino, golf course, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.
Winter skiing: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5km away via the Bouchet ski lift (link to the Jaillet/Megève ski area).
