Room was dated but very clean and beds were comfortable. There is no in person staff and we had to call and ask how to check in. The representative that answered phone was not very nice and acted aggravated that we called. The check in process is calling to get your room number and then the staff tells you where to find your key. Check out process is similar, no staff to process check out, you leave the key in a designated non-secured location and just leave. We did not care for this process and we didn’t like that we had to call to figure out how to check in and out. It was ok for one night and was last minute so glad it was at least clean, quiet and comfortable.

There is no staff on site. You are on your own. If there is a problem, handle it yourself. There are no amenities. No coffee. No vending machines. There is an ice machine but it's locked in the office and you will probably be charged when you break the windows to get in. You are about a mile out of town, so it is a quick trip to grocery, CVS, or convenience store. Since NO ONE is around, I did not feel safe. If there's a fire, drunk and rowdy guests, an enterprising thief breaking into everyone's car...handle it yourself. To be fair, the room was clean. Shower and toilet worked fine. Mini fridge and microwave worked. TV reception was awful. Area was pretty quiet. Bed pillows are FLAT. There was no local information in room. One would think since the guest would have to go into town to eat, it would be to a business advantage to advertise at the motel. And there's lots of shopping in town. But you have to find out for yourself. Bottom line. This is an okay place to sleep and use the bathroom. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. The rest stop on the interstate is a better option.

Room was clean but old. Sheets smelled of bleach. No handicapped accessible rooms, and the toilet in the bathroom was so low to the ground i needed my husband's help to get up (2 knee replacements). Not a terrible stay, but i wouldnt preferentially stay here again.

The room was clean as a whistle! Very dated decor , like grannies spare room . No attendant on duty . Just far enough south of Nashville to be somewhat inconvient. Too far to walk and the road (SR 46) is too busy to bicycle . I’d stay in Nashville next time . Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

No one at the office when we arrived. Had to call a number to find out where our key was. Had to recall the number because we were told the wrong place. Door was VERY hard to open. Carpet extremely dirty. Bed stained, hard as a rock, very loud and creaky. Curtains falling off the rod- couldn’t shut them all the way. We paid for it and ended up not staying there. When we got there the registration desk was closed and a phone number to call. We did and he came ito check us in and gave us the key. I had to stop him from leaving to open the room door because the key didn’t work. When we walked in the room although it was clean it had a musty smell that was overwhelming. It triggered an allergic reaction and we had to leave. The attendant was no longer there so we had to find another hotel in town to spend the night. It was not even cheap. Definitely do not recommend!

Out dated but very clean for the money!!!

Easy check-in, not much service required or present, but all in all this was a very nice older place to stay for the evening, we had a very nice stay! I would recommend this to anyone needing a quick cost effective stay, very pleased!

Clean room, close to town.

When we arrived the fellow at the desk was preparing to leave for the day but checked us in right away. The lodge is older, but has been cared for pretty well. Our toilet had issues with solids, and the ice machine was locked in the office, so we couldn't get any ice. Other than that, what you see is what you get. Clean room and bathroom. Nice staff at check in. Close to town and reasonably priced. Maybe let folks know to get any ice they need before office is locked? Would stay there again.

I have complaints about the room it self or the staff. What little interaction I had with them they seemed friendly enough. The only complaint that I have is that there no vending machines and the ice machine was in the office that stayed locked and you had call the number on the door to get someone to open it and if you were lucky they were on site. Other than that we had nice quiet weekend. Also don't expect delivery. Every place we tried to order from said we were out of ranch but, that not the hotels fault.

It is ok for a one night stay for a concert to sleep only. Toilet was leaking and there was some dead bugs on the floor. I really feel if they would update the bedding and help with the smell of musty it would be as bad.

Both rooms we had smelled musty! They had old furnishings, cob webs ran between some of the furniture.

Super sweet old fashioned motor lodge. Clean and fresh rooms. It feels like the 1950’s here. The proprietor is very kind. I love it.
