The kitchen is the showcase in this beautifully furnished and updated bungalow. Another standout feature is the elegant 2-story ceiling in the large dining area adjacent to the kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has a cozy reading loft that has a unique view of the first floor. Another bedroom with its own private bath is on the second floor. The home is located on a quiet street in the Maize/Cooke neighborhood of Columbus and minutes from Clintonville, OSU, Downtown and the Short North. Florin Coffee, a charming coffee shop with a 4.9 star rating, is only a few blocks away.
On the exterior you'll find a very private fenced-in backyard with a huge brick paver patio and pretty flower gardens. The driveway is extra wide and over-sized so there is plenty of parking space.
