The property is just as it is pictured. It is very clean, has a fresh fragrance, and a nice historic charm. The property was just a couple of miles from UofSC which made it very convenient. The procedures provided by the host made this experience so simple. Definitely a great stay!

Everything was as pictured and described. So many considerate nuances to this beautifully maintained historical home. The neighborhood is great and felt very safe. Evening/motion night lights were so very helpful. Super comfortable beds and the TV in master bedroom was a must have for us. Thank you for the excellent communication and I hope to stay there again when I visit my daughter at UofSC.

Great spot
Overall great spot in a nice little neighborhood. The listing said there was a sleeper sofa in the living room but there wasn’t so someone ended up just on the couch. Not the end of the world but not what we expected or thought we were getting.

Nice, clean, historic house near USC in quaint neighborhood
Had a nice stay in a historic home in a charming neighborhood when we came to visit our daughter at USC. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and checking out the older, well maintained homes. Our home was clean and well provided with everything we needed. It was a nice treat having water bottles and Keurig coffee pods ready for us. We enjoyed the TV area and relaxing on the front porch. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We are coming back to Columbia in a few weeks and we booked it again!

Convenient and Quiet
What a pleasant surprise this stay was. Besides the very charming home, we really appreciated we were 5-10 min drive from all the local activities, and best of all there was a fun park for our 1st grader just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this home.
