Stayed for three nights August 2026. First night, room smelled musty and damp but was cool and we were tired so we slept. Went out for the next day and left AC on. Got back early evening and found water on the floor under the unit and the room was extremely damp. Found that the condensation for the AC was not draining. Called desk, was told no maintenance available till next morning and they could not move us to another room. All of our clothing was damp and none of our towels that we used in the morning were drying. Ended up using their towels to sop as much water out of the AC condensation tray as we could so that we could run it sparingly overnight as temps were excessively high outside. Spoke to the desk again in the morning and different clerk immediately moved us to another room and came out to the original room to confirm the awful smell and dampness. In addition to this, neither room appeared fully appointed with towels, hair dryer, or kitchenware as described in listing. We made many trips to the desk to get the things that should have been in the room. Additionally, the first room didn't appear to have been mopped or cleaned well at all. Given the choice to stay here again, I would decline.
