Barn studio apartment located on 5 acres in Black Forest. Newly renovated!The apartment is roughly 350 sqft. It features a well thought out main room which has a queen bed armoire, tv, dining table, mini fridge/freezer and microwave.The bathroom has an over sized tile shower, sink and toilet.The kitchen has a full-size stove, sink and prep area. You have a private stone patio with a private entrance. The main room has a queen sized bed, night stand, armoire, dining table, tv with a DVD player and antennae for local channels, microwave, and a mini refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen has a full size oven, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, sink and dishes to use during your stay. The bathroom has a single sink with a large vanity, toilet and a brand new shower. It has all been recently painted, new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen, new flooring in the main room. Come and go as you please through the separate entrance, which is accessed through a keyless lock. Due to this apartment being attached to our barn, you may be able to hear us working in the barn. In addition, we have chickens that are located near the barn that can be observed throughout your stay. We also have a zero tolerance NO smoking policy on the entire property inside or out. This includes vaping, tobacco and any form of marijuana.There is no air conditioning. We also have electric baseboard heat and a space heater for you to use during the winter. There is also an a/c unit for you to use as well which keeps the space cool in the summer. Guest access to the apartment is entirely private and is not connected to any residence. However, it is connected to our barn so you may hear us every so often working on things in the barn.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.
