Cozy two bedroom one bath cottage centrally located near downtown! One private downstairs bedroom and one open loft concept bedroom, each with queen beds. Nice mud room with a new full size washer and dryer. The bathroom features a custom walk in rain shower with a built in bench. Enjoy the full size kitchen with a large beautiful wood island that opens to the spacious living area. There’s a large concrete wrap around private patio with a new privacy fence.

Lovely small cottage! Everything was clean and new. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us -- near Colorado College and near the other things we had planned. We would definitely stay there again.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2026
