Beautiful home, it looked and feels like a Christmas Hallmark movie house. The neighborhood was perfect, very quiet, only 2 blocks from main streets. They facilitated early check in for my daughter’s family and her little toddler, they also provided us with a baby gate to secure the stairs. The house had all the amenities you could asked for: towels, blankets, kitchen with all appliances, pans, cups and all utensils, they also had delicious coffee. We only recommend to provide with a better heater for the master king bedroom, it was super cold all 4 nights, they also need a clothing rack for the queen size bedroom, didn't had clothes storage like drawer or a closet. And definitely needs trash cans for each of all the bedrooms too. Overall 5 stars. We loved it and we will definitely come back next year.

We had a really nice time in this house with some of our family, and visiting with our son’s family that lives local!! The house had plenty of room for us and our kids and grandkids. Our daughter had a First Anniversary celebration of her marriage at Garden of the Gods!! They had married last year at the Justice of the Peace in Iowa, and wanted to have this celebration as a more memorable event!! It was beautiful!!We hope to stay again some time!! The only thing I had a problem with is that the kitchen area is upstairs and I have a hard time with stairs. But I only fell once. Hahaha!! It is beautiful there though!! And a registered historic place!! Soooo cool!!The owner was easy to reach, and everything we needed was there. We had a wonderful time!!Thank you!!

The house is beautiful! Lots of room for large families. Lots of sleeping areas & bathrooms. Nice kitchen/family room area.Great fenced in area for pets. Close to everything. Evenings deer come in yard, we hand fed them some bread and got to pet them. Very frendly. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a large poperty with the capacity to accommodate a number of people. Our daughter was married nearby and we had family come in from all the country. This became the impromptu gathering place , particularly post wedding. . It was great

Perfect family getaway home

Lovely home

Lovely home with plenty of space and provided for every need. I would recommend that someone commit to shoveling snow. We arrived with over 12" of snow on the walkways (and driveway). More snow came and one of our vehicles got stuck when we were leaving.

USAFA Parents Weekend 2024

We had a great stay! The location is handy to lots of amenities. Great donut shop around the corner- don’t miss it! We enjoyed the deer in the yard through-out the weekend. We brought our dogs and it was nice to have such a large fenced in area for them to enjoy.

Wow! Amazing property!

I was completely impressed with this rental. I saw the “Historical Landmark” sign on the front and went straight to google to look into it (I’m a history nerd). The place looked and smelled clean as soon as you walk in. The setup of bathrooms and kitchen I found to be a little odd, but made sense after looking into the history of the house. The rooms are well spaced and the house itself is very spacious and cozy. We saw deer each day of our stay wondering through the yard. It’s also a great location within 10 minutes walking to restaurants. I do want to point out the kitchen is upstairs with quite a few stairs and the house could be a little tough to navigate to someone with mobility issues . I would def recommend this house and I would stay here again next time in Woodland Park.

Fantastic Property - big, well appointed and in a glorious location

We chose this property initially because it was advertised as wheelchair accessible, as my wife is disabled, but we ended up loving the property and the location. Woodland Park is a treasure of a town. The communication with the property manager was top notch, they replied immediately to our inquiries and acted quickly when we needed to have a small issue resolved. If you are in a wheelchair, please note that the kitchen and dining area are upstairs, but the bottom level of the property is completely accessible. Overall, I would be very excited to stay at this property again, 5 very well earned stars.
