Very cute place to stay and was perfect for our Thanksgiving. Only recommendation would be to have a couple of extra blankets for guests to use while hanging out in the living room.

Great stay in Cascade

We enjoyed the stay. No issues at all. We enjoy the cooler and drier air in the mountains, and Colorado Springs is just a short drive away. We would stay there again.

The family went to Colorado for a week and had a awesome vacation. I highly recommend staying here. The place is very homey with everything you could possibly want. The kids loved spending time in the hot tub, even though it was July, it was cool and rainy. Our hosts made sure that our stay would be a memorable one.

This is a shared property, which is in the description, but it was a bit more than expected. Owners are on main level, so when you are on the patio (to get out of the basement), you see the owners often through the windows. One night, as we were relaxing on the patio and looking at the moon and mountain behind the house, the owners turned on lights with windows wide open - - at which time, we put out the fire and went into the basement. That was disappointing.... but again, it is in the description.The patio was a mess. Literally hundreds of ants and we had to ask for ant killer. We also inquired about the fire pit, so they knew we would be using it, but it was an absolute mess and we had to clean it out to use it....If you choose this place, just know it is a basement, with limited natural light and is cold at night....and you will see all neighbors (owners, caboose rental and the other rental on the property). There really is NO privacy.Owners were communicative and extremely nice though. I would say this, for us, is a never return type of place - unfortunately.

Perfect gor us

Just as described. Many little extra touches that I don’t find in a lot of other rentals. Loved that I wasn’t required to basically clean the place after I paid a cleaning fee (which literally every other VRBO rental I’ve stayed in has required. It always annoys me.) Nothing negative at this stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Our stay was incredible! We came for the hot tub and were pleasantly surprised with how cute and home-y the unit was! The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook breakfasts and dinners. Any questions I had were answered quickly, overall a great stay. We look forward to coming back again!
