Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. We love coming to Colorado and this place will definitely be on our list for our next trip. After every night it was nice to come back here and enjoy a game of pool.

We had a great stay, the location was great we made many memories htting nearby attractions and the park is walking distance. The host were really helpful and made us feel at home and gave helpful suggestions of activities and dinning. The house was well stocked making cooking and sleeping at ease. Would love to visit again.

Perfect!

Wonderful home for our family of three pups. Nice new finishes in bathrooms and kitchen, very well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location and great views, large fenced yard and covered deck. Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

The property was just as pictured/described and very convenient to the Garden of the Gods, Pike Peak, etc. The owners were in contact so we were never left wondering what was next. The owner came by to give us quick tour of the house and offer some insight to the local attraction. Monument is a lovely town with plenty to do in town and close to so many attractions. I would definitely recommend quiet, comfortable and convenient vacation house.

Fantastic time in Monument.

We had a wonderful time at Eric and Mency's property. It had everything we needed. The house was cozy and the neighborhood was gorgeous! Eric is an awesome host. He showed us everything at the house and when the espresso machine didn't cooperate, he stopped by and changed it right away.

Great location, great property!

We had a wonderful week in Monument with our family of four and two dogs! The location is close to many hiking opportunities (Garden of the Gods, Seven Bridges) and nearby towns include Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Home is very well maintained and thoughtfully stocked for travelers. Large backyard is perfect for dogs to enjoy time off leash. Beautiful view of the mountains from the back deck!! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as the listing said it was. The owner met us there and gave us the tour of the home. The views out the back were beautiful. The upstairs and back yard were pet friendly. They brought dog beds over for our 2 labs. The downstairs was pet free for guest who may be allergic to animals. We would certainly stay again and appreciate the kind hospitality.

This place was perfect for us. I stayed with my sister and our husbands for 3 nights. Monument is a cute, quiet little town with great restaurants. You may think it's too far out if visiting Pikes Peak area but it's not. It's about 30 minutes out but it's also away from all the tourists and stuff. Pus, the ride in has gorgeous scenery! Morning traffic can be heavy so make sure you leave in plenty time for your adventures. We loved staying here. The view is amazing! Eric met us at the house to go over everything and show us around. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. I hope we can visit Colorado again sometime and that this place will be available.
