Very nice property. Quick ride from the ferry. In the middle of the old town so very walkable. The property and the are around it are beautiful. We tried both breakfast and dinner at the facility, both were good. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The only thing is the tiny bugs that filled the pillows and the bed covers but I guess nothing you can do about that.

A wonderful boutique hotel with only 7 rooms right on the Rio de Plata. Best room is room 7 with balcony on the river. Service was great. Restaurant was a wonderful setting on the river with a limited menu. But enough choice for anyone and really good quality food. One of the very best around.

Charco Hotel was so charming! It’s in a beautiful location. The property itself is gorgeous with very helpful and kind staff. Our dinner and breakfast in the adjacent restaurant were delicious. I would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Not so good. Although we did the reservation and paid the first night many days in advance, when we arrived the room was not warmed. The recepcionist turned on the air conditioning and added an additional heater, but we had to wait until after dinner to be able to stay in it.

I have been several times before at the Bistro which is very good. This ttme we decided to book the hotel It is in the best part of Colonia, really a colonial city around the hotel. Inside the hotel is charming, modern and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone who decided coming to Colonia.

Charco is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Colonia del Sacramento. The hotels is wonderful and the staff were amazing. If you're going to visit Sacramento then this is the place to stay.

The staff at Charco are all top shelf: kind, smart, and attentive! We felt so blessed from the moment we arrived. The food is excellent!
