Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Die Küche modern und gut eingerichtet, aber ein Sammelsurium an Geschirr. Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren schon älter. Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen muss man aber zuerst einige Treppen und Korridore durchqueren. Nicht geeignet für Personen mit gesundheitlichen Problemen. Wenn man aber die Wohnung erreicht hat, wird mann mit einer tollen Terrasse und guter Lage belohnt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich ausserhalb der Hauptwohnung und ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Leider durfte die Dusche im Bad vom Mansardenzimmer nicht benutzt werden. Das war der Hauptgrund weshalb wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden hatten, dass sie zwei Badezimmer hatte. Etwas befremdlich war das die Eigentümerin, nach einem Klopfen einfach unangemeldet mit dem Schlüssel in die Wohnung kam. Sie sagte, jemand hätte ein Problem und sie angerufen, Sie wisse aber nicht welche Ferienwohnung es betreffen würde. Entschuldigte sich und ging. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Preis Leistung zufrieden.
