Really enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel stay was, the room was very clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, liked the illuminated picture above the bed, breakfast was good. It was a short 10 min walk to restaurants and shops in the town centre, and close to bus route into the city.

Amazing, incredible and attentive staff. We were there for a Euro 2024 match in Koln and we were given exact directions to and from the stadium which made everything so much easier considering how late the match ended. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and breakfast was even opened early for us since we left before 06:00. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself is very well maintained. The staff take a great deal of pride in the property. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

A lovely little hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was great, room was spacious, modern and clean. Very comfortable bed. Only downside is location. Not easy to get to Cologne other than order an Uber for 25 euros. But I knew this before I booked but it was ideal for our 2 night stay.

My family had an incredible stay here. It’s located in a peaceful town outside of Cologne. The staff were so warm and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel and it’s a quick scenic drive to Cologne.

Reasonable hotel but quite far out of the City.

The hotel was fine. Staff were nice. Room was clean but no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. We took the bus from just outside Koln train station. It cost less than €5 but around 50 mins to get to our stop. Then a 8/10 minute walk. An Uber costs between €20-30 and was a good option.

The property it’s self was nice. Most of the staff was nice but when told them about the problems I had with the late check in the hotel ie I couldn’t get the key from the key box in the middle of the night. Forcing me to rent another room. The clerk was unhelpful. Granted I understand that she probably has no way to refund a night, but that is no excuse on finding someone who can. It’s really infuriating to deal with such inflexibility when your business is hospitality.

A complete package for a quick stop over!

It was a quick stop over during our business trip and I must say a good choice. Parking was free at hotel, breakfast was really good with wide variety of good quality products and the best thing was their coffee (cappuccino). The guy at reception was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for a short stay specially on business trip and the only down side is that it’s but away from Cologne centre ... though for us this was actually a requirement r set o negative for us 😊

Terrible experience

We arrived around 10:30pm and found no one. There was instructions on the door on how to get the keys on the box just outside the hotel. We followed the instructions but there was no key. Some men who are staying in the hotel even helped us but nothing worked. They were very kind to offer a mattress for us but we decided to go to another hotel because we travelled about 8 hrs to get there. And we have a disabled child with metabolic conditon. Very sad experience it was!

Stopped here on route to romantic road, staff brilliant, bar great nice Italian locally. Staff let us have breakfast even though we had timings wrong would stay again but would ask for another pillow 😀

This was a reasonably priced hotel with good facilities, tucked away in the town. It was clean and provided an excellent breakfast for 4 travelling motorcyclists all well over 60 years of age

My stay was terrible. The rooms were dirty and small, the wifi was terrible it wouldn't work anywhere which was very bad for me because I needed the signal and wifi for stuff at home but it didn't work. there was no fridge or safe box. The breakfast was really bad. The one good thing was that the staff were Lovely.
