Magnificent location with best equipped house

Our warm hosts met us and helped with the luggage down a set of stone stair into a spectacular terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The house is small but opening up onto the terrace creates a light and airy atmosphere. For more accuracy it should state a toilet separate from the bathroom and not imply two bathrooms. The amenities were probably the best we have ever had. Our host was generous in gifting some local wine and patisserie. We would come back in an instant but perhaps not with four adults. Good for a couple or three adults. Can’t thank our hosts enough.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - toller Urlaub!

Wir wurden von der Familie Riera sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Beschreibung im Inserat stimmt. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch schöner als die Fotos wiedergeben. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Urlaubswochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très bien équipée, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes des plages et du centre de Collioure à pieds La terrasse est extrêmement agréable avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons même vu des dauphins passer sous la terrasse Très bon accueil et la place de parking est bien pratique À recommander

Nur die Sicht auf das Meer reicht nicht für eine gute Bewertung

Die Sicht von der großen Terrasse ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung und ihre Einrichtung war klinisch sauber. Der Parkplatz für Colliore am Haus, super. Aber das war es auch schon. Das Reisegepäck muß man sehr viele Stufen herunter und wieder herauf zur Wohnung schleppen, da ein angesagter und bei Fewo, beschriebener Aufzug fehlt. Noch schlimmer ist die Lage der Schlafzimmern, keine Fenster nach außen, gleiches gilt für das Bad und die Toilette (die ist nur von der Küche aus zu erreichen). Man kann sich den muffigen Geruch vorstellen. Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, nur Ventilatoren, bei 3 hintereinander liegen Räumen. Man bekommt Beklemmungen.

Une terrasse privative sur la mer.

Très bel emplacement à 2 pas du centre et de la plage, et malgré cela hyper calme. Appartement très bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse sur la falaise. Une place de parking toute proche ce qui est exceptionnel pour ce quartier. La propriétaire très sympathique. Nous recommandons sans réserve pour in séjour exceptionnel.
