Old 18th century farmhouse completely renovated stone by stone by us while respecting the soul of the place. Ground floor: large kitchen open to the dining room and the living room equipped with a flat screen TV, fireplace with stove (wood provided free of charge), laundry room and WC. Upstairs: master suite equipped with a 160x200 bed (bed made on arrival), private bathroom with shower and WC. 2nd spacious bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed, a 90x190 bed (beds made on arrival), private bathroom with shower and WC. Teleworking space with tablet in the bedrooms and excellent quality WIFI. Outside: Secure access and parking in front of the cottage. Cottage located in the countryside offering many possibilities for walks or bike rides. Free games for children: pedal karts, trampoline (during karting opening hours). Enjoy VIP access to the Kerlabo French Rallycross Championship on July 26 and 27, 2025. Passionate about old vehicles, we will be happy to show you our modest collection of Panhards and other vehicles from the 50s to the 70s. Karting enthusiasts, a reduction will be applied to your kart session on presentation of your reservation contract. In the town of Cohiniac, near the Notre Dame de All Joys Chapel and the Stone of Justice symbol of local history. 5 minutes away, the character town of Quintin, its magnificent castle and the chaos of Gouët. 10 minutes away, the other city of character, Châtelaudren, known for the Petit Echo de la Mode, its Chapel and its murals. These 2 towns will also seduce you with their typical markets, their traders, their cobbled streets and their ponds. 30 minutes from the cottage, Rosaires beach in Plérin will welcome the whole family with the tide. Here everything is included: water, heating, electricity, sheets and towels!

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.
