Very convenient location, beach, dominoes, store, all within 3 blocks.

Had a wonderful time, lady upstairs was upall night dropping stuff, I think she was putting in a new floor lol and she slept during the day and not very pleasant but we got used to that fast and she didn’t bother us. Tv had Roku which was better than cable. Overall a 9 1/2 very reasonable for location, park right outside door and would recommend to anyone who is looking for beach experience, chairs and surfboard, boogie boards all in closet. Short 1 block walk to sandy Cocoa Beach!

Great location but dated apartment

Check in and location great but apartment needs upgrades. AC units were difficult to operate. When looking for outlet behind bed saw accumulated dust on floor and baseboards. Sitting chair in living room stained and worn. Needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Valentine's reunion

Thank you for the use of the apartment (not bungalow); very 70's. The above neighbors were partying all night Sunday evening and dropping heavy things on the floor. I tried to call but could not reach anyone. I have misplaced a gold necklace with a cross and mini kitten. Please call me if you find it.

great location

we liked the location a lot The beach toys need to be replaced; one of the chairs was broken as was a boogie board. there were only a couple drinking glasses and were mismatched. also the pots and pans were old and dirty.

High School Reunion

Our stray at this beautiful, quiet, relaxing little home away from home was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable, and we felt like we were at home for the short 5 days we were there. The Host was amazing always answering my texts if there was a problem. The screened in patio was a great place to sit and read (nice breeze) or eat a meal, which we did. It is only a short walk to the beach and the Host provided everything you would need of a relaxing beach day. There is a small shopping center a short walk away with 2 restaurants, nail place (which I enjoyed) and a candy shop. It is on a quiet road for a relaxing walk. And if you are lucky, you can see a rocket launch. We will return if only for the peace and quiet, and some Key Lime Pie!! You will LOVE this place!!

Perfect Spot in Cocoa Beach

We loved our time in the condo, and its close proximity to the beach and shops. It was clean and as described in the listing. The second (folding) bed is a bid small for two teens, but we made it work. We would definitely visit again!

The condo is a spacious 1 bedroom. It is a dated condo and the sliding doors were difficult to get open. There weren't any ice cube trays but the manager was quick to bring over! The AC in the kitchen had mold on it and it smelled musty. We bought lysol to get rid of the smell. Overall, it was a nice place for the money, but I would suggest some maintenance on the above items.

Property needs updating. blinds are not good, Furniture not comfortable, Eating are table is small and not useful for eating. Location was good. Upstairs permanent tenant was up all night every night, noise made it hard to sleep. Could be better with some modifications and and a normal person upstairs.

Bohemian Budget Bargain

The property was exactly as advertised, cute as a button. It was an easy walk to restaurants, the beach and Cocoa Beach pier. We were visiting to see Cape Canaveral and the Wizard of Oz Museum and both were easy short drives from the property.

Excellent Beach Access

Here's why you will enjoy Retro Boho By the Beach: Beach access (of course), parking at the door, quiet area, nobody bothered us, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, ease of access with code, feeling of security. The TV was nearly new, and worked very well with our Roku. The host provided coffee and cream. The fixtures in the bathroom were nearly new. The AC worked well. In short, "We would stay again."
