Lovely Ocean Views!

Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been recently renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach gear and toys. There is even a parking space just for you. (Note, we can only accommodate one vehicle.) Enjoy the condominium patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

We booked this gem for a last minute trip. Price was great, place was STOCKED with anything you need. I know we were there for the beach but we appreciated the ease of using the TV. We’ve been in a few places lately where this was an issue. Steps to beach and walkable to restaurants & Pier!

It is a short walk to the beach. The beach is not crowded due the the limited number of public parking at this access point. Hose/shower is available on the east side of the complex to rinse after a day on the beach. Full kitchen but bring paper plates/cups if you don't want to hand wash dishes. The ice-maker in the fridge generates enough ice each day for a small cooler.

This place has everything you could ever want and more they went all out to have EVERYTHING you could ever need for a vacation...The place is incredible so clean and so very close to the ocean both bedrooms have a beautiful veiw an area for a cookout and games and beach toys and chairs and just really feels loke home type place..i will most definitely be booking again and can't remember a better vacation Thank so very much

Third time in this unit, and fifth stay at this location. We love the easy beach access, this unit is well stocked with everything you need! My only negative was the bed was extremely firm and I had a difficult time sleeping and woke with a back ache (I don’t recall this experience before) but that is just personal preference on mattress type. Would highly recommend!

The pictures and description are accurate. However, it is what you cannot see online that make this place special. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we have in our own home, including spices, a juicer and small appliances. The mattress in the master was a pleasent upgrade and the seamless checkin-out process confirm this is a property owner who values returning guests.
