Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño se encuentra justo en la hermosa playa de Cocoa. Disfrutará de vistas al océano desde cada ventana con el hermoso sol de Florida que se derrama en cada habitación. El condominio ha sido completamente renovado con todos los muebles y accesorios nuevos, además de nuevas ventanas en 2016 y nuevos pisos en 2017. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para su estadía. Incluso hay un espacio de estacionamiento solo para ti. Desafortunadamente, solo podemos acomodar un vehículo. Disfrute del patio de condominios a lo largo de la playa, acceso privado a la playa, una ducha al aire libre para su uso después de una tarde en la playa y servicio de lavandería común en el lugar. Nuestro condominio se encuentra en un pequeño complejo de solo 22 unidades en un vecindario tranquilo al norte del muelle de Cocoa Beach. ¡Ven y disfruta de todo lo que Cocoa Beach tiene para ofrecer!

This place has everything you could ever want and more they went all out to have EVERYTHING you could ever need for a vacation...The place is incredible so clean and so very close to the ocean both bedrooms have a beautiful veiw an area for a cookout and games and beach toys and chairs and just really feels loke home type place..i will most definitely be booking again and can't remember a better vacation Thank so very much

The stay was absolutely perfect. It was like have a rich relative with a house at the beach. Everything was provided, including towels, spices and condiments, beach toys for the kids, beach umbrella, beach chairs and even a cooler!If you trying to decide between this property and another, stop wasting time and choose this one!

This was an excellent choice for a beach trip with my adult daughter. The beach was just steps away and the rental was comfortable as home. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Too perfect.

Great Stay

Very clean and inviting. Hosts were very accommodating and everything you need for a beach vacation is there for you. Short drive or walk to many attractions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The two-bedroom space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The owners truly thought of the little things that make travel easier, including a stocked spice cabinet, coffee pods, phone chargers, beach towels, chairs, and more. It was especially appreciated since we flew in and packed light.Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the local guide provided by the hosts was incredibly helpful for restaurants and things to do in the area. It made our time in Cocoa Beach easy, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location and very nice owner

It's a great location, right at beach front; 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Owner replies messages in time and very easy to communicate. We enjoyed staying at this property! Highly recommend it.

Cocoa Beach Gem

Right on the beach with all the beach trimmings, beach chairs, umbrella and other gear so you can enjoy the beach...condo is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, super clean and in a very quiet area. Plenty of room for four although it was great for me and my wife....we'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great place in a perfect location

Unit was as described. The sheets or air freshener was too strong please consider using a fragrance free option.Also a secondary inside door lock maybe would make guest feel safer at night

Perfect location

We love the location of this condo. It’s close to beach and Port Canaveral and shopping. Also a very walkable area. The beds were extremely comfortable. It has everything you need for cooking. We love this cute condo.

Great Beach Location

This Colorado couple had a great time cramming as much beach time as possible while still being able to enjoy the surrounding area. We were extremely greatful for the beach supplies that made it so convenient and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the condo was just the right size. It had everything we needed for a wonderful time that we'll never forget.

This property was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and just steps from Cocoa Beach. The hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. It is also walkable to the pier and many restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Best place on Earth!

Loved our stay! Every year it is always an incredible location for our family reunion! Saw 2 rocket launches and explored local cuisine and fishing charters, and even the Garra Fish Spa! Will definitely be back next year .

Great place on the Beach

We loved our stay here. This is the best equipped rental we have stayed at. The thoughtful extras were so appreviated. We loved the close proximity to the beach for beautiful sunrises and tocket launch viewing.
